Our Daily Flow 

8:30am - 9:00am: Arrive at school

8:30am-10am Open inside play time, free art time, and guided projects (child’s choice)

10:15am: Circle Time

10:30am: Snack outside in the courtyard 

11:00am: We head to the side yard for play, exploration, and gardening. Often we will split into two groups (one inside and one outside) for more focused, inquiry based projects and smaller group play. We then swap inside and outside groups halfway through this time.

12:30pm: Lunch time outside in the courtyard 

1:00pm: Nap time for students who nap. Students who no longer nap will play in the side yard for outdoor play and projects. Students who are no longer napping will be asked to rest their bodies on their mats and be given books, drawing, and other activities. 

2pm: Our non-nappers head outside for play.

3pm: Clean up for snack. Students return their sheets and mats to their cubbies then use the bathroom/wash hands/put on shoes etc.

3:15pm: Snack in the courtyard and play

4:00pm: End of day pickup

Pick up is promptly at 4pm (or earlier if it’s better for your schedule).
